Kandi Burruss Urges People To ‘Stay Home’ In Spite Of Georgia Ending The Quarantine – Insists It’s ‘Not Safe’ Yet!

The state of Georgia is re-opening amid the COVID-19 pandemic and Kandi Burruss, just like many others, is not happy! After all, the United States is the new epicenter of the scary global outbreak and nowhere near being ready to end the quarantine!

The RHOA star chatted with HollywoodLife about the current situation and shared her thoughts on Georgia’s next move, which she considers to be a really bad one.

Instead, she urged people to continue staying at home and stressed that it is not safe to go out yet!

‘What would make me feel safer about it, or make Todd [Tucker] and I feel safer is if the number of deaths start going down in Georgia instead of going up. I did have a conversation with the mayor [of Atlanta] and she is asking that although our governor allowed everybody to open back up, most restaurants and different places of business stay closed, or at least not open to the public until the number of deaths start to go down,’ she told the site via a virtual question and answer session.

As mentioned before, the state of Georgia is already slowly giving up its shelter in place orders.

However, Kandi made it very clear that people should not leave their houses yet since it’s pretty clear that the virus is nowhere near being eradicated and therefore it’s not safe.

The reality TV celeb told the news outlet that she will definitely not re-open her restaurant at this point.

‘At our restaurant Old Lady Gang, Southern Eatery, we decided that we are going to continue to stay closed for dine-in. We are doing the delivery services like Doordash and Uber Eats, but for now, we just felt like it was better for everyone for us not to open. We’re trying to make sure that we look out for the health of our employees [and] the health of our customers. So for that being said, we’re still staying home. Stay home, people,’ she urged fans.
