Southern Charm NOLA’s Jeff Charleston Hospitalized For 40 Days — Is Wheelchair-Bound
Southern Charm NOLA fans can breathe a sigh of relief. After a grueling recovery from a motorcycle crash, Jeff Charleston is out of the hospital.
He took to Instagram to give fans the good news and thank his current girlfriend for helping him while he heals. The reality star is wheelchair-bound for the time being.
Jeff posted a photo alongside a caption that read: ‘40 days in the hospital and now time to transition back to “normal” life. Each and every day presents a new challenge but couldn’t have done it without @_maddienoel_ by my side for every moment. Hopefully she doesn’t beat me too bad at our daily games of uno.’

This comes after the former football player took his motorcycle across the country after he divorced his ex-wife Reagan Charleston who has since remarried and even had a baby girl.
During the last season of the Lousiana Bravo show, Jeff was ready to enter the dating pool again.
Not long after the season finale aired. Tamica Lee took to social media asking fans to pray for her dear friend who was in an accident.
In a post addressing the mishap, he revealed that he was in a serious relationship with Maddie Noel.

There has been no word on whether the show has been renewed for another season. However, it’s great to see that Jeff is out of the hospital with someone to care for him.
