In the last couple of months, Chris Brown flirted with his ex, Rihanna on social media quite a few times. However, on her 32nd birthday, he did not reach out to her to share his well wishes.

One insider report claims to know why that is!

The source told HollywoodLife that ‘Chris didn’t reach out to Rihanna on her birthday for the simple fact that the day is about her, plain and simple. Chris is really happy just doing his own thing and is focused on his kids, Ammika (Harris), and his career at the moment. Chris is in a really good place in his life right now and he’s sure Rihanna is too. They’re living separate lives and it is what it is.’

As fans know, Chris and Ammika welcomed their baby boy Aeko back in November and he has truly changed his dad’s life!

Ever since they confirmed his birth, both parents have been sharing pics and clips of him on social media, showing off the cute infant every chance they get.

A second source told the same news outlet more about Chris and Rihanna’s relationship and why he did not get in contact with her a week ago when she celebrated her birthday.

‘Chris didn’t reach out to Rihanna for her birthday, and that is OK. Chris didn’t feel obligated to and Rihanna didn’t expect birthday wishes from him. If they are in the same room, they will be cool and friendly with each other but they aren’t going to be in frequent contact and are not in contact for holidays or birthdays, it is just not the relationship and friendship they have anymore,’ they dished.

According to this second source, they have a lot of things on their minds and in their lives and are not thinking about one another at all!
