Blac Chyna Wins First Step In Rob Kardashian Custody Battle — Ex Parte Emergency Removal Of Dream Kardashian Denied

Blac Chyna has won her first victory in the custody battle she has with ex Rob Kardashian. Rob Kardashian filed an ex parte emergency motion in January and asked the court to immediately remove three-year-old Dream Kardashian from her mother’s home and move her in immediately with Rob. The Blast obtained legal documents pertaining to the case and reported that the presiding judge determined there was no evidence that Blac Chyna proved to be an immediate threat or danger to her daughter.

It was earlier reported that Khloe Kardashian has vowed to help Rob gain sole custody of Dream. According to reports, Rob reportedly is seeking to have full custody with Blac Chyna only having monitored, limited visitation with her daughter.

Rob originally filed the ex parte on January 3, 3030, where he requested that Blac Chyna only see Dream on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. while being supervised. He also requested that Blac Chyna take a drug test before each weekend visit with her daughter.

Blac Chyna reportedly argued that she was shocked to learn that Rob Kardashian had filed the ex parte and she disagrees with his claims that she is an unfit mother, abusing drugs and alcohol and poses a danger to Dream.

Additionally, Blac Chyna stated that the details from Rob’s ex parte were leaked to the press and have caused her bad publicity.

It’s unclear what the next step in the custody battle will be. Additionally, The Blast didn’t share the court documents they obtained. Though the Kardashians are extremely popular, not everyone is on board with the idea of Rob trying to take sole custody away from Blac Chyna.

Some have voiced their opinions on social media and have stated it is imperative that Rob’s motives for seeking custody are verified.  The judge seems to be treading cautiously in this case much to the agreement of Blac Chyna’s fans.

Many courts do not agree with removing children from a parent unless there are verifiable instances of abuse or neglect. At this point, there is nothing that publicly shows Blac Chyna is guilty of either.

Stay tuned for more on this developing story.
