Maren Morris Slams Hater Critic Who Told Her To Stop With The Botox

On an Instagram post earlier this week, Maren Morris shut down a social media commenter who told her to cut out the purported Botox. According to Today, the social media troll left their critical remark underneath a photo of the performing artist cuddling her newborn son.

Morris, who’s been busy staying in her home and taking care of her child, said she had just had a baby and the world is on lockdown. In other words, “the Botox has long worn off,” the singer remarked.

As it was previously reported, the country singer and her man, Ryan Hurd, announced the birth of their child on the 23rd of March. Following their child’s birth, Morris said on her IG account that she was in labor for thirty hours and she ended up needing an emergency c-section anyway.

30 hours of labor ended with an emergency c-section… not what we planned but I learned pretty quickly that night that having a plan for bringing a human into the world is a fool’s errand. All that mattered was that he got here safely. Having him in the middle of a global health crisis was also not in the baby prep books, but here we are. Holding him and healing my body in a maternity ward that’s eerily quiet from us not being allowed visitors or family at this time, but strangely serene. All we hear are monitors beeping and the coos of our infant son. Maybe the sound of the 100th episode of The Office @ryanhurd and I have binged while in here. The admiration we have for the doctors, nurses + healthcare professionals that took care of Hayes & me during our stay cannot be measured in this post. They risked their health every day to make sure ours was okay. I can’t think of anything more selfless than that. Ultimately, I can’t thank every single mother enough for going through what you’ve gone through because I had NO idea how hard it could be, and I’m a measly 4 days in. The world is changing before our eyes and so am I. That’s been a peaceful thing to cling to during these uncertain times. Thinking of you all. 🖤

There’s no doubt that life is filled with unexpected challenges and set-backs, so much to the point that plans don’t always go the way one intends. Morris commented on this simple of fact of life, arguing that she and her husband learned that night that planning to bring a child onto the earth was a “fool’s errand.”

She added, “All that mattered was that he got here safely.” These days, the country singer has been spending a lot of her quarantine time at home with her family in Nashville, Tennessee. Near the beginning of April, the country star shared a photo of herself and Hayes hanging out in their leisure room. Many of her fans left sweet comments.

As most know, this won’t be the first time Maren has had to swat away trolls and social media commenters. Rachelle Lewis reported last year in June that Maren fought back against people who questioned her morality after she shared photos of her topless Playboy shoot on her IG.

Reportedly, the pictures featured her wearing a cowboy hat, cowboy boots, and red pants, but many fans were not pleased with the photoshoot for whatever reason. Maren, however, said on her social media account that she was proud of it, and that’s why she was showing it off.
