Andy Cohen’s Son Benjamin And Anderson Cooper’s Son Wyatt Are Off To A Great Start — Sharing A Nanny And Clothes!

Andy Cohen’s son Benjamin, 1, and Anderson Cooper’s newborn son Wyatt Morgan are already off to a great start. In fact, the two boys may end up being as close as brothers at this rate! Anderson Cooper surprised everyone with the wonderful news that he has welcomed a baby boy to his family via a surrogate. After sharing a beautiful post on his official Instagram account, where he has 2.3 million followers. The response was amazing as Anderson shared a photo of himself cradling baby Wyatt’s head in his hands as he fed him a bottle. With four photos in the slideshow, Anderson and Wyatt quickly became top trending news. It didn’t take long for close friend Andy Cohen to leave a comment on Anderson’s photos where he let the world know that his son Ben loved baby Wyatt but it seems that is just the beginning of their bond.

As Benjamin Wyatt just celebrated his first birthday on February 4, 2019, and since he is approximately one-year-older than Wyatt he is already giving his hand-me-downs to the newborn. Anderson Cooper appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and explained that the two are already close.

I want to share with you some joyful news. On Monday, I became a father. This is Wyatt Cooper. He is three days old. He is named after my father, who died when I was ten. I hope I can be as good a dad as he was. My son's middle name is Morgan. It's a family name on my mom's side. I know my mom and dad liked the name morgan because I recently found a list they made 52 years ago when they were trying to think of names for me. Wyatt Morgan Cooper. My son. He was 7.2 lbs at birth, and he is sweet, and soft, and healthy and I am beyond happy. As a gay kid, I never thought it would be possible to have a child, and I’m grateful for all those who have paved the way, and for the doctors and nurses and everyone involved in my son's birth. Most of all, I am grateful to a remarkable surrogate who carried Wyatt, and watched over him lovingly, and tenderly, and gave birth to him. It is an extraordinary blessing – what she, and all surrogates give to families who cant have children. My surrogate has a beautiful family of her own, a wonderfully supportive husband, and kids, and I am incredibly thankful for all the support they have given Wyatt and me. My family is blessed to have this family in our lives I do wish my mom and dad and my brother, Carter, were alive to meet Wyatt, but I like to believe they can see him. I imagine them all together, arms around each other, smiling and laughing, happy to know that their love is alive in me and in Wyatt, and that our family continues.

Andy Cohen also confirmed some very important information. As Anderson Cooper is a busy man, he is going to need some help with baby Wyatt and he will be using none other than Benjamin Cohen’s nanny! Andy confirmed the information after many fans suspected that is why Benjamin’s nanny had left to help one of Andy’s friends.

Appearing on “Always Unpredictable” Andy Cohen stated the following.

“I’ve been talking about my nanny [saying] she’s leaving, that she’s gonna go help out a friend, and the moment Anderson announced it I got a bunch of DMs from eagle-eared Radio Andy listeners saying, ‘Wait … is that where your nanny went?’ The answer is yes, that is where my nanny went. We had long planned this transition, but I certainly didn’t expect it to happen during a quarantine, of course. So we had to really handle this hand-off from one home to the next very carefully, but we did and she is now with Anderson and I know she’s gonna get Wyatt on a great sleep schedule just like she got Ben.”
