Mad Man Caught With Dead Baby In Abia (Video)
A man who has been parading himself as if he was mentally unwell was caught with a dead baby in Aba, Abia state.
The said man was lucky to have escaped being mobbed to death when he was quickly dragged by security operatives into a van.
