No other top Premier League side has announced any big signings as yet and Chelsea have got a headstart with their early announcements.
However, that doesn’t seem to be stopping them from being linked with other big names from around Europe who could improve Frank Lampard’s squad, with a number of positions on the Chelsea manager’s radar.
Here are the latest Chelsea transfer rumours.

Havertz linked with Stamford Bridge summer move on one condition

Bayer Leverkusen is the latest Bundesliga star to be linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the upcoming transfer window.
The 21-year-old has attracted interest from a number of big names and Chelsea could be one of those interested according to Sport Bild, via the Express.
Reports from the Express also suggest that the Blues could beat the likes of Manchester United in the race to sign Havertz if they secure Champions League qualification this season.
Chelsea currently occupy fourth place in the Premier League and remain in pole position to finish above Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.

Chelsea winger Pedro is set to join Serie A side Roma on a two-year deal when his current contract expires at the end of the season.
That is according to reports from Sky Sports, which state that the 32-year-old has signed a deal worth £50,000 per week in Italy, with the option of a further year.
The Spanish winger signed a short-term deal with the Blues earlier this week to extend his stay in West London until the end of the current campaign.
A move away from Stamford Bridge will bring an end to five years at the club since joining from Barcelona in 2015.

Lampard has revealed that talks are still ongoing between the club and Willian over the prospect of signing a new deal at Stamford Bridge.
The Brazilian signed a deal earlier this week to keep him at the club until the end of the current campaign but there remains doubt over his long-term future with his contract set to expire.
According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are believed to be eager to prevent the winger from leaving on a free transfer and will look to tie him down to a new deal. In his pre-match press conference ahead of the clash with Manchester City, Lampard revealed that talks are still ongoing.

When asked about his situation Lampard said: “Yes, we are still talking with the players and Willian in particular we are talking with him. I always felt confident that they would remain.”
