Hayden Panettiere Granted A Restraining Order Against Her Ex-Boyfriend
On Tuesday, a court granted Hayden Panettiere a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, a report from Page Six revealed.
The 30-year-old actress reportedly filed an out-of-state restraining order against her ex-boyfriend to protect her in the state she now lives, California. The news comes approximately 5 months after Hickerson was booked on domestic violence charges for reportedly assaulting her on Valentine’s Day.
This April, Hickerson pled not guilty to the allegations, but a trial will be conducted in September of this year. According to Page Six, this marks the second time Hickerson has been charged for assaulting Panettiere in May 2019. The incident occurred after a night drinking together.
The court demanded Hickerson stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times. And in June of this year, social media users speculated on a new tattoo from the actress featuring an ancient Egyptian symbol meaning protection and royal authority.
As for who Hayden is relying on during these trying times, Charisse Van Horn reported on the 20th of June that her ex-boyfriend, Wladimir Klitschko has been a pillar of support following her split from Brian Hickerson.

According to Van Horn, Hayden has a five-year-old daughter named Kaya. After she gave birth, Hayden reportedly suffered from post-partum depression, an experience which was later written into her character on the series, Nashville.
Following her split with Wladimir, whom Kaya lives with in Ukraine, she started a relationship with Brian Hickerson which has reportedly been a whirlwind romance. Hickerson, as it was noted above, will go on trial in September this year on charges of domestic battery.
A report from Us Magazine on the 20th of June 2020, claimed Wladimir Klitschko is standing up for her and has her back. He’s been rooting her on and hopes she can get out of the life she’s in now for the sake of her daughter.
Social media users have been supportive as well, including one, who wrote on IG amid her split with Brian, “you don’t have to deal with that girl. Just leave!”
