I’ve experienced one more year of painful heartaches – Allwell Ademola writes as she marks birthday

Allwell Ademola is a multiple award winning Actress, Filmmaker, Movie director, Scriptwriter, who is more popular for her roles in Yoruba movies.

The Thespian is a year older today, Sunday, August 9. 

On that note, the plus-sized actress expressed her feelings on her Instagram page.

Allwell shared some lovely photos and captioned them, “It’s the fire in my eyes, And the flash of my teeth, The swing in my waist, And the joy in my feet that makes me Phenomenal. I’m a woman Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, That’s ME.Each year the experience of my birthday is different, because I AM DIFFERENT.I am one year older. three-hundred and sixty-five days of acquiring knowledge in some things and eliminating ignorance in other things. I have experienced one more year of painful heartaches and one more year of tremendous JOY. A year of changes is a year well lived.Growing is interesting cos the wisdom gained with age is invaluable, yet letting go of certain states of being that we are, or once were – the ones slipping away or already lost – is challenging.It is a new and exciting journey to step outside the box of my perceived self and begin to redraw the parameters within which I choose to be seen, respected, accepted, and loved.I am more vital and beautiful than ever.  Appreciating all that these years have given me is much more my style.A Beautiful Birthday to ME Princess Allwell Farayola Apeke Eniobanke Ademola .”
