Katherine Schwarzenegger Honors Her Husband, Chris Pratt, With Special Father’s Day Post Ahead Of The Birth Of Their First Child
Chris Pratt celebrated his 41st birthday on Father’s Day this year, and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, took the opportunity to post a special message on Instagram ahead of the birth of their first child.
On Sunday, the Gift of Forgiveness author posted a photo collage of herself with Pratt, and in the caption she marked the special occasion with an emotional message.

“Happy birthday and Father’s Day to my wonderful, loving, exceptional husband,” wrote Schwarzenegger. “What an amazing year you’ve had and I know this year will be filled with more fun, adventure and love. I thank God every day for you. blessed to live life with you, watch you grow, and one of the greatest gifts has been watching you be the most loving and fun father. I wish you all the joy and happiness in the world on your birthday and every day. Happy birthday my love!”
Schwarzenegger and Pratt dated for six months before they announced their engagement in January 2019. They tied the knot in June of last year, and they confirmed they were expecting their first child in April 2020. Pratt is already the dad of seven-year-old Jack, who he shares with his ex-wife, Anna Faris.
During a recent Instagram Live chat with her friend Dr. Zelana Montminy, Schwarzenegger said that Pratt has been “very understanding” and supportive during her pregnancy. And, she also noted that the middle of a global pandemic is an “interesting time to be pregnant.”

She said that she was really lucky to be living in close proximity to her family, and she also had the benefit of being married to a “very wonderful husband.” The 30-year-old said that it has been amazing to have Pratt home during the quarantine, and he has been understanding and helpful with her need to sanitize everything and have everyone wear masks all the time.
Katherine Schwarzenegger also took the time on Sunday to post a Happy Father’s Day message for her dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The author posted throwback pics from her childhood, and in the caption she wrote that she loved her “dear daddy” so much.
