Furthermore, the fact that the message also included their two children, Vivan and Ben, made things even more special for her!

The lovely tribute reads: ‘Happy 40 th Birthday [Gisele]. You are the sunshine of my life / That is why I’ll always be around / You’re the apple of my eye / Forever you will stay in my heart.’

The post included a pic of the new Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and the two kids they share – 7 year old Vivian and 10 year old Benjamin!

As for the birthday girl, fans know that she is one of the most iconic supermodels in the industry and she continues to stun no matter the occasion at the age of 40!

Gisele has been on the cover of countless magazines and has worked with massive luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana and Victoria’s Secret!

While she no longer walks the runway these days, Gisele continues to be one of the most elegant and passionate models.

Back in 2018, she stated via W Magazine that ‘I think I’m the farthest I’ve ever been from retiring. I have never worked so hard in my life, actually.  I think I will retire the day I die. Because I love working, I just love creating, I think that is why we are here to keep creating, expanding and learning.’

As for her love story, she and Tom found love after being set up on a blind date back in 2006.

While on The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM, Tom dished that ‘I had gotten out of another relationship, and she’d been out of a long-term relationship. When we met, I was not quite sure if I was ready for a relationship. I was not sure I was, but we then met, and we hit it off.’
