A number of Nigerians are worried about the health of one of their most talented comic characters, John Ikechukwu Okafor, widely known as Mr. Ibu.

A photo circulated on social media shows him in a bloated condition that many have suspected that he is suffering from any underlying health issues. The seasoned actor however doesn’t seem safe because his facial expression gives the hint he needs medical attention before the worst would happen.

Fans also advised the star to test himself for proper healthcare in a hospital quickly.
